Hot & Cold Water Dispenser Service Maintenance

For the best optimum performance, it is highly recommended to perform service maintenance to the unit once every twenty-four (24) months* to remove and prevent any possible minerals deposition inside the water tanks, and to prolong unit’s lifespan and to ensure unit’s general hygiene.

Service Maintenance Includes:

1. Examine internal solenoid valve, tubing, and fittings for any signs of abnormal wear and tear .
2. Test & verify solenoid valve and control components to ensure they are functioning properly.
3. Check and ensure there are no leaks at solenoid valve, tubing connection & fittings, filter base/head, & water tank.
4. Assess filter condition and recommend replacement where applicable.
5. Check power connections, cables, and plugs to ensure they are secure, undamaged, and operating safely.
6. Check unit’s thermostat/ temperature settings to ensure that they are correctly set.
7. Carry out descaling of the hot and cold water tanks to remove limescale build-up.
8. Flush the system thoroughly to remove trapped air, sediment, or impurities.
9. Run the unit through normal operating cycles, monitor & confirm stable and consistent operation.
10. Verify normal water dispensing flow rate and pressure (subject to site water pressure & plumbing conditions).
11. Perform a final overall inspection to confirm the system is operating safely and normally.
12. Upon returning unit, verify all on-site tubing, connectors and fittings are properly secured, free from twists or strain. 

Maintenance service is only available on Monday to Friday, between 0900 hrs – 1300 hrs or 1400 hrs – 1800 hrs.
Appointment will be scheduled at the earliest available slot. 

NOTE: 
*Descaling requirement is subjected to nature of water source and degree of mineral deposition.
^For any parts replacement, additional charges may apply.
